Carrot-chilli pickle

Steps

Wash chilli& carrot & wipe it dry.Cut them in 2"length.

In a pan dry roast mustard seeds, black pepper,fennel &methi, and grind them.

Heat 1cup oil in a kadhai, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, onion seeds, fennel, hing,& chilli-carrot pieces.Stir &cook covered for 3/4 min.

After that add salt, turmeric &red chilli powder and all grounded powder.then lastly add juice of 1 lime & put off the flame &keep covered for 5 min.
