prepare pasta according to package directions. add broccoli during last 4mins of cooking time. drain pasta and broccoli well in a colander.

stir soup, and milk in a 12x8x2-inch shallow bashing dish. stir in pasta mixture, 3/4 cup of mozzarella cheese and 2 tbsp of Parmesan cheese. top with the remaining cheeses.

bake @ 350° for 25 mins our until hot and cheese melts
