1 1/2 cupdiced ham
2 cupvegitable broth
1 cupwater
10 eachdiced potatos
3 tbspall purpose flower
1 1/2 cupwhole milk
1 tspfresh chopped parsley
1 lbshreaded cheese
1 clovechopped garlic

Large sauce pan,melt butter over low medium heat

Add onion,Bacon,Ham.

Cook, stirring frequently until onions are tender.

Add chopped garlic.

Add vegetable broth ,water & potatoes, cover for 25 min.

Whisk flour into milk;stir into soup mixture.

Stir in parsley & cheese
