Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4tilapia fillets
  • 2 tsplime juice
  • 1/2 tspgrated lime peel
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tsppepper
  • 1 eachsweet red' yellow, and orange pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 2 tbspfresh basil, minced

Steps

  1. 1

    place fillets on a 13 x 9 baking dish, drizzle with lime juice, peel, salt and pepper

  2. 2

    bake 350 for 10-12 minutes

  3. 3

    meanwhile, in large skillet, cook pepprrs in oil until crisp tender, stir in basil

  4. 4

    serve over tilapia
