Onion 2 bulbs

Maggi cube 2

Peel fish scales and wash

Cut into 4 pieces and rub pounded pepper and pinch of salt on the fish keep aside for a while.

Chop onion and pound pepper.

Place pan on the heat add a little oil allow it to heat then add your onions and peppers stir fry, add salt and Maggi allow it to simmer. Keep aside.

Place fish (step 2)On a barbecue rack or stand that is already hot.Apply oil on the fish With a brush and gently keep turning back and Fro until roasted dry. Serve with sauce (step5). Enjoy
