Ingredients

8 servings
  1. Biscuit-------------
  2. 4 cupself-rising flour
  3. 1/2 cuplard
  4. 1 cupmilk
  5. As neededbutter for top of biscuits
  6. Meats--------------
  7. 12 ouncescorned beef
  8. 1/4 poundsmoked sausage
  9. 1/4 poundsliced smoked bacon
  10. Sauce-------------
  11. To tasteHeinz 57 steak sauce or HP sauce
  12. To tastemayonnaise

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven 450 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. 2

    In a mixing bowl add four and cut the lard

  3. 3

    Add milk and knead into a ball

  4. 4

    Heat an oven safe skillet and form the dough into balls and flatten just a bit and add to the heated skillet.

    Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes. When the biscuits are done add a little butter on the tops of biscuits.

    Fry your bacon crispy.

  7. 7

    Slice the sausage lengthwise thinly.

    Fry the sausage slices

  9. 9

    Fry the cornedbeef crispy.

  10. 10

    Now we are ready to assemble

    Add mayonnaise to the biscuits

  12. 12

    Add cornedbeef

  13. 13

    Add a piece of sausage and bacon

  14. 14

    Add which ever steak sauce you wish.

  15. 15

    Serve I hope you enjoy!!
