Ingredients

  • 1 cupBoiled matra
  • 1 cupLettuce
  • 1 cupChopped bellpepper
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber chopped
  • 1/2 cupTomato deseeded
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspPepper
  • 1 tspOlive oil
  • 1 tspLemon juice
  • 1/2 tspKala namak
  • 1 tspPudina leaves
  • 1 tspChopped ginger

Steps

  1. 1

    First make dressing..take a bowl add olive oil..ginger..pudina..salt..pepper..lemon juice..kala namak and mix it well

  2. 2

    Now take a bowl add all the ingredients and dressing.. mix it well.. serve at room temperature..
