preheat. oven. 350°F. sift together flour. and soda set aside

in a large bowl cream butter, brown sugar and white sugar

blend in the pudding,

stir in the eggs and vanilla. blend in the flour mixture.

finally , stir in the choc. chips and nuts.

drop by spoonful. onto an ungreased cookie sheet

bake for 10-12min until golden brown
