Slice the yam,add salt to taste and fry in a hot vegetable oil for 4minutes.

Slice the carrots,fresh pepper,onion,bell pepper and fresh tomatoes.

Heat up the vegetable oil in frying pan.add the onion and fresh tomatoes.fry for 5minutes.

Put salt,knorr cube,after 3mins add the bell pepper and carrots fry for 1minute and is ready.
