Steps

Soak chestnuts in soy sauce for 30 minutes.

Roll in brown sugar

Wrap with bacon. (Can add chunk of Pineapple before wrapping with bacon if you choose.)

Secure with a toothpick.

Place on baking sheet or dish.

Pour leftover soy sauce on top before baking in addition to additional brown sugar if wanted.

Bake at 400° for 20 minutes, turn once 1/2 way through.

Alternatives: Coat bacon with Brown sugar; Soak the water chestnuts in pineapple juice and pair with a pineapple tidbit; Soak in soy sauce and pair with baby corn wrapped in bacon.
