5 lbpotatoes, cut into large chunks

preheat oven to 450°F

in a large plastic bag add all ingredients.

close bag and shake to coat potatoes.

place in 13X9 baking pan and bake uncovered for 40 min. or until tender.

stir occasionally. serve hot.
