Ingredients

3cucumbers peeled and sliced thin
1sweet onion sliced into thin piece's
Salt - enough to mix with vegetables
I cup white vinegar
8 oz.container. sour cream

Steps

1

Mix cucumbers and onions with salt. Let stand until cucumbers are wilted. Squeeze liquid out and rinse. Squeeze again. Mix vinegar and sour cream together until smooth and creamy. Add to cucumbers and onions and coat vegetables. Chill.
