  1. 6medium beetroot's
  2. 1onion
  3. 10 mlsugar
  4. To tastesalt
  5. To tastevinegar

    Preparations 15 minutes

  2. 2

    Boil the beetroot for an hour at least

  3. 3

    Drain water and let it cool

  4. 4

    Chop your onion then grate the beetroot

  5. 5

    Sprinkle the sugar and salt to taste

  6. 6

    Pour the vinegar

  7. 7

    Your beetroot salad it's done ready to be served.
