Ingredients

  • 1 cupbesan
  • 1 cupsuji
  • 1/2 cupcurd
  • 1 packeteno
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • For tempering
  • 1 tspmustard seeds
  • 2 spoonoil
  • 2-3green chilli
  • 7-8curry leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients together and if needed add some water to make a semi thick batter

    Grease the round cake mould and pour the batter in it

  2. 2

    Steam it for 20 minutes

    Let it set for 5 minutes

    Meanwhile prepare the tempering

    Heat oil add all the tempering ingredients and let it start cracking
