Place the warm water in a basin.Add sugar,salt and oil.

Stir till dissolved.Add wheat flour slowly as you knead with your hands.Knead till almost tough but still smooth.

Cover with a clean towel and let it rest for 30 min.

Till 9th dough into one large oval.Apply some oil and cut into strips.Fold the strips from one corner to another to make small balls.

Dust the surface with flour and roll out the dough.

Meanwhile,heat a pan.when hot place 9th door.Leave it for 2 min to slightly cook.Then turn it.

Apply some oil on that side then turn it to cook.Apply the other slightly cooked side too with oil then turn it after 40 seconds.Do this to the rest of the dough.When ready,serve with stew
