1 cupplain white flour
1/4 cupwheat germ
1/4 cuppowdered milk
1 tspheaped active yeast
1 cansweet corn
1 canvegetable soup
1 tspheaped marmite or vegemite
1 mediumonion
2 clovegarlic
1egg
1flax seed oil capsual
50 gramsbutter
1 tbspgolden syrup

preheat oven to 350°F or180C

Mix all dry ingredients in bowl

Mix all wet ingredients in another bowl.

Add wet ingredients to dry.

Line cookie sheet with baking paper or non stick tin foil.Put desert spoons if mixture onto sheets.Cook for an hour.Keep checking and turning biscuts.

Let cool in oven they start to harden.
