Preheat oven 180c/350f.Grate the 190gm choc and chill until needed

line two 20cm cake tins with baking paper.Combine butter sugar flour cocoa baking powder salt. and eggs in a large bowl.Electric mixture on medium beat til smooth.Continue beatin until increased volume about 2 mins extra

Divide between pans.Bake for 20 - 25 mins.Let cool.

Meanwhile heat cream just to the boil.Break chocolate into pieces.Add to cream stir until melted.Let cool.Chill for 30 mins.Whisk until thickened to a spreadable consistency.

Use a third of icing to sandwhich cakes.Use the rest over the cake.And sprinkle grated chocolate over cake.
