Steps

In separate bowl, mix dry ingredients.

Add milk, egg and oil together; mix well. Add to dry ingredients.

Preheat nonstick skillet. Do not add oil to pan.

Add approx 1/4 cup of mix to skillet. Wait until bubbles for on pancake and sides are looking brown. Then flip.

Let cook for a minute or two. Then remove.
- 6
Repeat steps 4 and 5 for remaining batter.
