Ingredients

2 cupfrozen sweet soybeans(edame)
115 ounce can kidney beans (rinsed and drained)
115 ounce can garbanzo beans(rinsed and drained)
1/2 cupthinly sliced red onion
1/2 cupchopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cupolive oil
1 tspfinely shredded lime peel
1/4 cuplime juice.

prepare soybeans according to pckg.

drain and rinse in cold water.

combine all beans, onion, and cilantro in large bowl.

whisk lime peel, lime juice, oil, and 1/2 tsp. salt.

pour over beans and toss to coat.

cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours
7

stir well before serving
