Chop methi, coriander, onion, chillies & curry leaves finely after washing.

Mix all chopped in flour, add 1tsp cumin seeds,salt, 1tsp fennel & pinch of hing, and make a dough with water.Cover &rest for 1/2hr.

Then make parathas as usual & roast on a tawa with oil or ghee.serve with pickle, curd or ketchup.
