I'm sharing with you the recipe for Kasuri Methi Lachha Paratha, which I made using whole wheat flour. Everyone in my family loves this paratha, and adding dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi) makes it even more flavorful.

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough.

Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a flat circle (like a tortilla). Brush with oil or ghee, then sprinkle some dry flour on top.

Fold the rolled dough back and forth in 1/2-inch strips from one end to the other (like making a paper fan), then roll it up into a spiral and tuck the end underneath to form a ball.

Gently roll out the spiral ball into a flat circle again.

Cook the paratha on a hot skillet, brushing both sides with ghee or oil, until golden brown and cooked through.

Serve the hot lachha paratha with any vegetable dish or chutney of your choice.
