1 packagescake mix - 2 layer size
2 cupminature marshmallows
4squares Bakers semi-sweet baking chocolate, coarsely chopped
1/4 cupmilk
18 oz tub Cool Whip
1 tbspunsweetened cocoa

bake cake batter as directed.

for frosting: place 1 cup of marshmallows, the chocolate chunks,and milk in large saucepan.

cook on low heat until marshmallows and chocolate are completely melted.

cool for 30 minutes and gently stir in Cool Whip.

frost cupcakes and top with remaining marshmallows and sprinkle with cocoa.
