Boiled Peanuts salad

Protein packed tangy and delicious salad.
Steps

First of all wash raw peanuts and cook in pressure cooker for 5 whistles with salt and water.

Strain and let it cool down.

Cut cucumbers into 1/2-inch cubes and place in a medium bowl.

Add peanuts, mint, lime juice, oil, salt, chaat masala, chilli, coriander and crushed red chilli flakes, and stir to combine.

Set aside for 10 minutes to allow the flavours to blend before serving.

Serve at room temperature or cold as per the choice.
