preheat oven to 360

mix all the above ingrediants being carful to not over mix. i use my fingers for this. if the mixture doesnt stick together youll need to add more crackers. you want it to form a loose but firm ball

spray a bakibg dish with pam. load your meaty mix into tje dish and form into about a 1.5 inch oval loaf. make sure it doesnt touch the edges if the dish

cover with foil and put in oven. bake for 30-45min

FOR SAUCE::: mix all ingrediants and stir w a fork. i ususally throw it in the microeave to get the brown sugar to cook down. i never measure when i make this. its a recipe my mom made up so its just hard to explain. i always go by taste. this is spose to have a sweet bbq taste with a kick. u dont want this to be thick like bbq tho. it needs to be fairly thin so tjats why we add water. but its easy to play around with till you find out how u like it.

pour over the loaf and cook till loaf is done. we like this as gravy for mashef taters! enjoy!

this isnt a really spicy dish. its just different from grammas loaf smothered in ketchup. if u want more heat we add cayanne to the loaf and another jalapeno.
