I altered one of my own recipes to make a mousse cake!During Step 3, only mix until it starts to become thick. Be careful that it doesn't become too stiff! When removing the mousse cake from the pan, wrap a hot towel around the edge and warm the pan first, and you'll be able to cleanly remove it. (Be careful not to overheat!)Please make this with whatever brand of chocolate you like. Recipe by bvivid cookpad.japan -

Double Chocolate Mousse Cake Double Chocolate Mousse Cake
Both the white chocolate mousse and the chocolate mousse recipes are delicious. So if the two are extravagantly put together, they must become even more delicious...and it was so, so, so good.If you don't line the mold with parchment paper, it maybe comes out prettier? Adding a good amount of gelatin to the white chocolate mousse and chocolate mousse makes it properly firm.If you don't add the white chocolate to the white chocolate mousse mixture, it will just be a bavarois, which is also very tasty. For 18 cm [7.1 in] round cake mold/inside diameter: 16.6 cm. Recipe by ko-ko cookpad.japan -

Chocolate Mousse and Jello Cake Chocolate Mousse and Jello Cake
Yes, I made this for my **th birthday cake. My youngest child choose what kind of cake to make, and we combined her favorite cake with my favorite coffee jello on top.You don't even need to make the spongecake a day in advance, so it's relatively easy. Adding meringue to the ganache (adjust according to the amount you use) will give you a light, airy-textured mousse. Recipe by Shioaji cookpad.japan -

Vegan Chocolate Mousse Cake Vegan Chocolate Mousse Cake
I became a vegetarian because of the morning sickness I experienced when I was pregnant. This was the only dessert I could eat at a cafe nearby, and became a huge fan. Since the one I ate there was too sweet, I arranged the recipe to suit my taste. My vegetarian American friends are always amazed and curious to know the recipe. You could use any liquor of your choice, but I recommend Tia Maria, Frangelico, or Gran Marnier. Go ahead and add more sugar if you prefer it sweeter. Please personalize this recipe since it's quite flexible. Recipe by Jessica523 cookpad.japan
