  1. 1 packagesSILKY TOFU
  2. 1 tbspready to eat shaved mackerel/ bonito flake
  3. 2 tbspeach of dice garlic ,shalot,spring onion,red cili
  4. 1 tspeach of soysauce , oyster sauce
  5. 1 cupground pork season in a pinch of salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    With 1 tbsp of oil saute garlic,shallot ,red cili and mince meat till fragrant and cooked then add light soy sauce and oyster sauce then set aside

    On a steaming plate over a pot of water in another bigger pot STEAMED TOFU TOP ALL INGREDENT for 8 minute

    TOP READY TO EAT SHAVED MACKEREL AND SERVE IMMEDIATELY
