In a pan heat the oil and fry the chicken with garlic and ginger

After a few mins add the tikka boti masala. stir on low heat until chicken is cooked.

then add the yoghurt and remove from heat

for the roti, make the dough using plain flour. when cooking the roti only half cook
- 5
in a non stick pan, take ghee and fry the roti. when it is turned, spread the beaten egg over it and cook.

Serve with chopped onions and tomatoes
