Peel and boil the butternut

Blend the butternut

Add flour in a bowl and make a well at the centre add the blended butternut,add warm water and make the dough

Let the dough relax for around one hour.

Cut the dough into small balls and roll apply oil and fold cover with a dump cloth.

Heat the pan and roll the chapattis (see the pictures above) and cook the chapati.

Serve with beef steak or bean stew
