
Salmon Baked in Foil with Green Beans and Pesto

preheat oven to 400°

trim beans at stalk but leave wispy tips

halve the lemon

take a yard of aluminum foil and fold in half, bringing the narrow sides together to make two layers. put handful of beans in middle of foil. Lay salmon skin side down across beans and spoon TBs of pesto on top. Drizzle with olive oil,squeeze half lemon over and season with salt and pepper. Pull foil edges together and scrunch up to seal

Repeat for second fillet fillet. Put both in oven and bake for 15 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute
