Bring corn syrup, brown sugar and butter to full rolling boil.

Remove from heat and stir in cream of tartar and soda

Pour mixture over popcorn and nuts and stir until ingredients are coated

Place mixture onto 2 cookie sheets and place in oven at 225°F for 1 hour. Stir after 30 minutes

CARAMEL CORN needs to cool before placing in a closed container.
