1 stickbutter or 8 TBS
4 cupmilk
9 tbspflour

cook sausage so it breaks down in pieces. Cook until done. Save some juice/oil for flavor. Remove sausage and put to one side. In same pan melt butter then add milk. Slowly sift in flour continuously stirring. Add sausage when complete. Stir regularly
