Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1/2 cupsugar
  2. 1 cupvegetable or canola oil
  3. 1/2 cupWorcestershire sauce
  4. 1/2 cupRed wine vinegar
  5. 1 1/2 cupcatsup
  6. 1 tsponion flakes
  7. 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  8. 1/2 tspTobasco or any hot sauce
  9. 1Chicken, on the bone, cut up or pieces

Steps

    Preheat oven to 300°.

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients except chicken. Stir well.

  3. 3

    Pour into 2-quart saucepan. Heat on medium-high heat to boiling.

  4. 4

    Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer 20 minutes.

  5. 5

    Add chicken to 13x9-inch pan or baking dish of your choice.

  6. 6

    Pour sauce over chicken, covering completely.

  7. 7

    Bake at 300° for 2 1/2 hours.

  8. 8

    Meat will be tender and fall off bone... enjoy!
