Steps
- 1
Preheat Oven to 325 Degrees
- 2
Mix all wet ingredients then slowly add the dry ingredients until well mixed. Make sure the butter and cream cheese are thoroughly soft, almost melted or cream cheese will leave spots of white in the baked cookies. Freeze the batter for 2-3 hours.
- 3
After 2-3 hours have passed, use an ice cream scoop or melon baller to make balls approximately 1-1.5 inches in diameter.
- 4
Place the balls on a lined baking sheet about 1-2 inches apart. Bake the cookies for 11-2 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
