halve avocados, remove pits, and scoop out avocado "meat" with a spoon, place in medium size mixing bowl, and mash with a fork.

finely dice onion and chili pepper and add to avocado.

dice tomatoes and add to bowl

remove husks and stems from tomatillo and blend to a liquefied pulp. add to mixture.

add Mrs. Dash or your favorite seasoning. adjust to taste.

chill for at least one hour before serving.

note: you may substitute any chili pepper if you can't find cerranos. The heat from fresh peppers can be extreme. use in moderation!
