Preheat oven to 350degreesF (175degreesC)

Cut bacon into thirds and wrap each strip around a sausage.

Put the wrapped sausages on wooden skewer, several to a skewer

Arrange the skewers on a baking sheet and sprinkle them liberally with brown sugar

Bake until the bacon is crisp and the brown sugar is melted.

Serve with a hot sauce
