Bajra garlic soup
Steps

Boil 4 bowl water...in a pan..add salt and garlic...when it start boil..add bajra daliya...and continue stir...to avoid lumps

When bajra mix start boil....leave it on low flame....add more water....to get soup consistancy

When bajra get soft..not mashy...off flame....serve it with green galic strings....white foam automatically generate when bazra boil....so leave it as it is..... enjoy dis for beat winter
