Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsBesan
  2. 1 cupWheat flour
  3. pinchRock salt
  4. as per tasteNormal salt
  5. 1/4 tea spoonCumin seeds
  6. 1/4 tea spoonCarrom seeds
  7. 1/4 tea spoonRed chilli powder
  8. 2 pinchTurmeric powder
  9. 1/4 tea spoonGaram Masala
  10. 1/4 tea spoonRoasted cumin seeds powder
  11. 2 Tbspoil for moan
  12. 1/4 tea spoonKasoori methi dry
  13. 1/2 TbspFreshly chopped coriander leaves
  14. as neededLukewarm water for binding a dough

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a big plate. Add both the flour and mix it. Add all the spices, coriander leaves, kasoori methi and bind a bhakri dough with Lukewarm water.

  2. 2

    Rest it for ten minutes. Roll a round bhakri. Heat tava. Cook as we cook bhakri normally. Cook both the sides.

  3. 3

    You can eat this without chatny or veg too as it is loaded with so many spices and wonderful taste too.
