Put a nonstick kadhai in gas oven.Add oil

Add onion sliced.when the Onions became transparent add chopped tomatoes.

Add salt.cover with a lid.

When tomatoes became soft add potatoes..add paneer slices..

Cook it for 3 min

Add 1/2 cup or less than 1/2 cup water to it.let it boil for 2 min on slow flame.you can cover it.

Mix milk butter pepper powder and 1 /2 tsp flour in a bowl...

Add it.. slow the flame of gas.cook it for 2to 3 Min..

Your safed paneer is ready

Garnish it with fresh cream...
