Ingredients

  • 1apple
  • 1 teaspoonfreshly squeezed lemon
  • 3/4 tablespoonshoney
  • 1 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop the apple thinly

    Add the lemon,honey and water and heat covered for about 15 minutes

    The water will start reducing and the apple slices will soften. Heat until it’s thick and brown.

    Blend the mixture to a fairly smooth sauce
