Slice bacon and mushrooms

Melt butter in large skillet and add 1 Tbsp oil

Fry mushrooms & bacon together adding 1 Tbsp oil as needed.

Prepare pasta by boiling.

About 3 minutes before end of pasta cooking time, add the scallops to the mushrooms & bacon, combine well frying for about 3 minutes turning as needed.

Add any remaining oil to the skillet and blend to pick up flavours.

Drain and rinse the pasta with boiling water.

Pour contents of skillet over pasta, mixing well.

Serves 4 as main dish but is ideal starter in smaller portion.
