Scotch Eggs

I had left some sausages left so instead of just deep frying them I decided to prepare scotched eggs. They were very delicious. Its very simple and easy to make.

Steps

Boil 4 eggs and unshell them

Prepare the breadcrumbs and 2 eggs
- 3
Add the black pepper and salt to the eggs and whisk
- 4
Prepare the sausage
- 5
Remove the outer covering of the sausage and mix the sausage to form a dough like mixture
- 6
Cover the eggs one by one using sausage.

Dip them in the eggs mixture

Then dip in the breadcrumbs
- 9
Dip all of them as you heat the cooking oil.

Dip fry them till golden brown. Do not overcook.
