Ingredients

  1. 50 gboiled chnna
  2. 1/2 ltr Chana syrup
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1 tbsplal Mirch
  5. 1 tbspfresh cream
  6. As neededChopped coriander leaves
  7. 1 tbsplemon juice
  8. 1 tspjeera
  9. 1 tbspghee or butter
  10. 1chopped onion
  11. 1 tspChana msala

Steps

  1. 1

    Take kadai. Add ghee. Add jeera.add onion

  2. 2

    Saute well. Then add boiled Chana and syrup.

  3. 3

    Add lal Mirch. Chanamsala. Add salt. Add lemon juice. Mix well

  4. 4

    Add fresh cream. Mix it. 3 min after boiling add chopped coriander leaves.

  5. 5

    Garnish with butter. Serve hot.
