  • 4tomatoes
  • 2onions
  • 2 tbspnoil
  • Pinchsalt
  • 500 mlwater
  • 1/2teaspn royco

    Cut all the ingredients and set aside

  2. 2

    Heat oil in apan and put onions fry

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes and crash or mash them

  4. 4

    Add 500ml of water and royco

  5. 5

    Cut fish in do half and deep in the stew to boil

  6. 6

    Add salt
