for crust - mix ingredients: should be consistency of cookie dough. press into greased pan with butter 1/2 way to 3/4 up sides of 10 " spring pan. Spread as thin as possible.

for filling - cream cheese should be room temp. mix ingredients with mixer 'til smoth. pour into pan and bake 30 min at 325° DO NOT OVER COOK. Take out of oven let cool 5 min

mix ingrediants with spoon until smooth. Pour on top of cheesecake. Bake at 500° for 5 min. Remove from oven & let cool. Refrigerate cheesecake to let it set before serving. Mix frozen strawberries & corn starch until thick. Pour on top of cheesecake. Return to refrigerator to set. Before serving release spring pan sides, cut & serve.
