Ingredients

10medium sized potatoes chopped
1ts turmeric powder
300 mlcooking oil
1ts salt

Steps

Cut and peel 10 medium potatoes into halves

Add sine turmeric powder and salt to taste

Boil them until almost ready
4

In a separate pan heat the oil. When hot fry the potatoes till crunchy.

Pat fried potatoes with paper towel and serve while hot.
