Chop kale leaves if not already domed pre-cut put into large bowl . Toss with olive oil until lightly coated .(very lightly coated )Layer trays with lightly tossed olive oil coated kale

Plug in Food dehydrator

Very lightly sprinkle with sea salt

Rotate trays every few hours or so until kale leaves are crisp
