1 cupuncooked macroni (any desirable type)
1/4 cuponion(diced)
1 cupcucumber diced
1/2 cupcarrots(shreded)
3 tbspmayo
2 tbspcream cheese
1/2 cupcorn
1salt and peper to taste
1lemon juice to taste
1thousend island dressing, italian dressing, sour cream... optional

cook the pasta untill soft

cook the potato untill soft.. not the mushed potato soft.. soft enough to insert the forn in it without breaking

after the pasta and the potatoes are done.. drain the water and let it cool..

add the rest of the ingredients and mix in a bowl

add the pasta and the potatoes
6

serve it cold
