Base: blend biscuits, chocolate and butter

put mixture into flan case, pressing down to form a hard base, chill in fridge while making topping

Topping: melt marshmallows and milk in saucepan, dont boil but let it rise to a foam and then take off to cool

add the alcohol to the marshmallow mix

whisk the cream to form soft peaks (not too hard) combine the marshmallow mix and whisk in a few drops of food colouring if desired

spread filling on to base and refrigerate again for a couple hours
- 7
crush a remaining cookie over the top or grate chocolate for a finishing effect
