Preheat oven to 350°F

Grease and flour 3 9inch round cake pans

Mix flour, soda, salt, sugar, cinnamon in a large bowl. Add eggs and oil and stir only enough to moisten dry ingredients DO NOT BEAT! Stir in vanilla, pineapple, pecans and bananas. Divide batter among pans and bake 23 to 28 min or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool cakes in pans on wire racks 10 mins. loosen around edges and turn out on racks. Cool completely before frosting.

Cream together Softened butter and crean cheese, softened, until fluffy. Add powdered sugar and beat again until fluffy. Mix in vanilla. Frost cake.
