4 servings

2large meat steaks
1 kgpotatoes peeled
5 Tbcooking oil
1ts black pepper
1ts salt

Steps

Preheat your oven to 250 degrees

Chopp the potatoes into large chunks.Add some oil,salt and spices.Also do the same to the beef.

Cover your baking pan with aluminium foil and add the potatoes and beef.

Cook till ready.Bake for approximately an hour till beef is tender and well cooked.
